That is why we allow our staff usually one and one half hour for lunch, off on Fridays at noon to one pm and frequent breaks during the day. I have been doing that for over 16 years . No doubt about it. The legal profession burns out everyone. The Courts and the State Bars all need to get a grip on the unreasonable deadlines for attorneys which in turn flows "downhill" to the staffs. Great article. Also, as you so eloquently suggests, FEAR is always presents itself in every facet of life, however, I do believe that once it is overcome, we all realize that it really is "FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL" which we should never embrace.
