Plaintiff was a 50-year-old male who was seeing a chiropractor for routine care. He complained of dizziness and visual disturbances following a manipulation which the defendant chiropractor documented in the chart.
Chiropractor subsequently saw plaintiff for additional adjustments. During one of the adjustments, plaintiff’s vertebral artery was dissected. Plaintiff was taken via ambulance from Chiropractor’s office to a hospital where surgery was performed. He was left with life-altering disabilities and is unable to work.
