Workers’ Compensation – Life Care Plan — Attendant Care – Relatives (access required)

Boston v. Chesterfield Elementary School According to the life care plan prepared for plaintiff, and based on a preponderance of the evidence, attendant care is medically necessary for plaintiff because of her compensable injury. Although plaintiff’s family members have been providing such care, plaintiff failed to show how much time which family members have spent caring for her. We remand to the chief deputy commissioner for further findings.
