Domestic Relations – Child Support Modification – Disregard of Obligation (access required)

Andrews v. Andrews Plaintiff’s voluntary resignation from his $172,000 per year engineering job to start a church did not warrant modification of his child support obligation. The evidence in the record does not support the trial court’s finding that there was “no evidence” of “bad faith” or an intentional disregard of his child support obligation.
