Domestic Relations – Alimony – Imputed Income – No Bad Faith Finding – Homemaker (access required)

Works v. Works Where the trial court did not find that the defendant-wife depressed her income in bad faith, the court should not have imputed a minimum-wage income to the wife when it calculated the plaintiff-husband’s alimony obligation. We vacate the alimony award and remand with instructions.
