In re Woodard (Lawyers Weekly No. 011-288-16, 14 pp.) (Mark Davis, J.) Appealed from Wake County District Court (Louis Meyer, J.) N.C. App.

Holding: Even though no verbatim transcript of respondent’s involuntary commitment hearing was produced, notes from the parties’ lawyers and the presiding judge sufficiently reconstructed the hearing. Respondent was not prejudiced by the lack of a verbatim transcript.

We affirm the involuntary commitment order.
