Domestic Relations – DVPO – Evidence – Plaintiff’s Testimony

Holding: Even though there was evidence to the contrary, plaintiff’s testimony that defendant punched her in the stomach was competent evidence to support the trial court’s finding that defendant punched plaintiff in the stomach.

We affirm the domestic violence protective order.
