Paul Flick has joined Miller Monroe & Plyler in Raleigh. Flick primarily practices in areas of business and commercial litigation, mediation, arbitration, and administrative law. He was previously with Jordan Price Wall Gray Jones & Carlton in Raleigh, where he had been the firm’s managing partner.

Michelle Frazier has joined Nexsen Pruet’s Raleigh office as a government relations attorney lobbying for small and large industry clients in North Carolina. She had previously been of counsel at Smith Moore Leatherwood and is a former assistant executive director of the North Carolina Bar Association.

Chris Lam, managing partner of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings’ Charlotte office, has been installed as president-elect of the Mecklenburg County Bar for 2018-2019. He will serve as president in 2019-2020.

Holland & Knight has added 12 lawyers to its Charlotte office, all of whom will focus on real estate development and finance. Jeff Lee, David Iacuzio, Joseph Barnette, Mark Arinci and Christopher Boothe join as partners; Frank Coman and Mark Carlson as senior counsel; Jill Bustamante, Sarah Hartsfield, Jesse Roisin and Mary Ritten as associates; and Craig Macauley as contract attorney. All of the lawyers were previously with Winstead PC.
