Raleigh lawyer pleads guilty to lobbying-related charges (access required)

RALEIGH (AP) — Raleigh attorney Mark Bibbs pleaded guilty to four counts of unregistered lobbying in Wake County Superior Court on Jan. 27, the North Carolina Secretary of State’s office has announced.
