Domestic Relations — Parent & Child – Termination of Parental Rights – Abandonment & Failure to Pay Child Support

According to the trial court’s findings of fact, since the end of the parties’ relationship near the end of 2012, when “Joe” was seven months old, the respondent-father’s only contacts with Joe were (1) at Joe’s second birthday party and (2) an hour at a park when Joe was two years old. Moreover, respondent has not paid child support as ordered. Our review of the record reveals no error in the trial court’s termination of respondent’s parental rights.
