FAYETTEVILLE (AP) — Authorities in Cumberland County arrested a Fayetteville woman after she allowed a sex offender to live with her while she operated a day care in her home. The Fayetteville Observer reported that 52-year-old Yvonne Monroe was charged Aug.1 with operating a baby-sitting service in the home of a sex offender. Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Debbie Tanna said the offense is a misdemeanor.
