Erik Rosenwood is a partner at Rosenwood Rose & Litwak in Charlotte, with 25 years of practice concentrating in construction and business disputes, alternative dispute resolution, closely held businesses and North Carolina Business Court litigation.

His notable matters include serving as court-appointed defense counsel in “Operation Smokescreen,” the first case brought under post-9/11 material support of terrorism laws in the Western District; obtaining the first jury verdict in the newly created North Carolina Business Court with treble damages resulting in collection of more than $4.5 million; and securing a multi-million dollar settlement in a $30 million construction defects case initially dismissed by the court and declined by other lawyers.

His bar involvement includes serving on the Board of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Construction Section and on the Mecklenburg County Fee Dispute Resolution Committee.
