Holding: Though plaintiff said he did not care about the distribution of household furnishings, the trial court was nevertheless required to list, value and distribute not only household furnishings but also other items of marital property since evidence of their existence was before the court.
We vacate the equitable distribution order and remand for equitable distribution of the marital property.
