Holding: Petitioner’s service of process on respondent’s counsel of record did not satisfy G.S. § 150A-46, and she did not serve process on an employee of respondent until six months later – well beyond the 10-day window mandated by § 150B-46.
We affirm the trial court’s order granting respondent’s motion to dismiss petitioner’s petition for judicial review.
