For over 34 years, Daniel K. Bryson has handled hundreds of insurance-rated disputes. He was drawn to practice commercial litigation because he likes the complexity of the cases.

A founding partner at the firm, Bryson is a respected and experienced attorney in the areas of consumer class actions and matters involving dangerous drugs and devices and defective products.

He has written about and taught continuing legal education courses on a variety of insurance related topics and has significant experience working with attorneys, funders and other partners on international litigation projects.

Bryson is a past president of the Public Justice Foundation Board, a nationwide public interest law firm that is supported by the plaintiffs’ bar, and led the board’s Diversity Equity Inclusion and Accessibility committee and its initiatives.

“My overarching goal is to bring justice to people who have been cheated by corporations,” he says.
