Brodie Erwin is a seasoned employment litigator with nearly 15 years of experience counseling leading companies and organizations across the country. Erwin has secured significant victories for clients, including obtaining a complete trial victory in a federal noncompete case where the opposing corporation sought $5 million but  ultimately owed Erwin’s client costs. He successfully obtained summary judgment on behalf of a large automotive network against a former employee alleging wrongful termination based on race.
