As the supervising real estate partner at the Hutchens Law Firm in Fayetteville, Susan Benoit puts her experience to work. She credits her strong work ethic and her history of understanding clients’ needs with her success.

Benoit started her legal career as a real estate paralegal after graduating from Fayetteville Technical Community College with an associate degree in paralegal science. Later, she worked with a mortgage company and a title insurance company before earning her law degree from Campbell University School of Law.

Benoit has served on the North Carolina secretary of state’s eClosing Committee and has spoken several times on eClosings across the state. She had been involved with the Mortgage Bankers Association of Fayetteville, Longleaf Pine Realtors and the Home Builders Association of Fayetteville for several years. She has served on the planning committee for the Fayetteville Walk to End Alzheimer’s and on the Fayetteville Technical Community College Paralegal Advisory Board.
