Gardner mentors younger attorneys and makes time to talk with women navigating career changes.

She supports causes women care about through the Women’s Impact Fund and Dress for Success. The firm’s membership in the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms provides a connection to a national community of law firms pushing for meaningful progress, and aligns with its commitment to equity, inclusion, and building a better legal profession.
