Beth Langley brings more than 25 years of experience counseling employers of all sizes on employment law matters. She represents businesses in employment litigation involving noncompetition agreements, trade secret protection and civil rights, while providing comprehensive advice on workplace compliance, executive compensation and employment agreements.

Langley defends clients in state and federal courts, handling employment discrimination and harassment claims, trade secret misappropriation, shareholder disputes and complex business matters. As a certified mediator, she employs alternative dispute resolution strategies to resolve workplace conflicts.

Her notable achievements include obtaining a $75 million jury verdict for a chemical company in a claim involving unfair trade practices, breach of contract and fraudulent transfer and securing summary judgments for clients in Title VII and Americans with Disabilities Act cases.

Langley is a fellow for the American Bar Foundation and the Litigation Counsel of America and has been recognized in Business North Carolina’s “Legal Elite” in employment law.
