Well known for his work advising clients on major commercial real estate deals across the Southeast and nationwide, William Harris focuses his practice on commercial development. He also assists businesses with commercial leases and helps his non-real estate clients with the real estate aspects of acquisition transactions.

He earned his law degree from the University of Virginia.

Harris is a partner at McGuireWoods and practices in the firm’s Charlotte office. He attributes his successful practice to his tenacity and experience.
