As a founding member at Anderson Jones, Todd A. Jones has extensive experience in construction law and litigation, and has handled cases ranging from workers’ compensation to personal injury to multimillion-dollar contract disputes. An advocate for contractors, he often lobbies at the federal and state levels.

“My No. 1 reason for practicing construction law is the clients I am honored to represent and advocate for,” he says. “As a fellow business owner, I know how hard they work and contribute to their communities. I’m proud to partner with them from start to finish.”

Jones notes in the year ahead that construction law will place greater emphasis on contract protections, sustainability regulations, workplace safety and emerging technologies.

“Attorneys in this field will need to stay ahead of these developments to effectively guide clients through evolving risks, regulatory requirements and dispute-resolution processes,” Jones says.

He serves on the Affordable Community Residence Association board and remains active with Campbell University School of Law, his alma mater.
