Mark Peck is an accomplished litigator with more than two decades of experience representing employers, insurers and professionals in complex employment and workers’ compensation disputes. As a partner at Robinson & Lawing since 2002, he has earned recognition as a trusted adviser to clients navigating wrongful termination claims, discrimination allegations and employment compliance disputes.

Peck served as chair of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section, where his leadership helped shape educational programming and legislative policy perspectives. His dual focus on employment and workers’ compensation law gives him versatility in complex disputes involving medical leave, return-to-work accommodations, and liability coordination.

He has defended regional and national employers in Equal Employment Opportunity Commission proceedings, federal discrimination lawsuits and state wrongful discharge claims.
