Triangle Smart Divorce is a family law firm founded in 2017 in the Triangle by Jenny Bradley, owner and founder. The firm has 11 attorneys and combines strategy, honesty and compassion to deliver practical family law solutions.

Bradley said Triangle Smart Divorce was started because the team was tired of watching smart people make painful and expensive mistakes in their divorces. She explained they wanted to create a firm that told the truth, gave practical advice and helped people move forward without unnecessary drama.

The firm has evolved by expanding its services, including collaborative law, to reflect what clients need. It has grown from a small practice to a full team with a strong internal structure and has embraced early adoption of technology and systems. Long-term goals include expanding the prenup practice and becoming the go-to source for family law education in the Triangle.

The firm supports the community through an annual scholarship for a local high school student, participation in local chambers of commerce and the Legal Feeding Frenzy to fight hunger across North Carolina.
