Camino Law is a family law firm founded in 2019 in Greensboro by Abigail C. Seymour, founder and CEO. The all-female firm has four attorneys and provides bilingual support with a children’s playroom and client education that empowers families to resolve conflicts outside of court.
Seymour said as a second-career attorney and former small-business owner, she started Camino Law to create a firm that felt different—less corporate, more human. She explained she wanted a trauma-informed, family-friendly practice that could meet people in crisis with dignity. As a divorced single parent and Spanish speaker, she brings both life experience and language skills to serve families.
Camino Law has grown from three to nine team members in just over two years. The firm is creating digital courses in English and Spanish and offering coaching for those who can’t afford full representation.
The firm serves on the board of the Children’s Law Center, sponsors Legal Aid and partners with the Guilford Green Foundation. Each year it hosts an Elon Law resident and volunteers at pro bono clinics.
