Theresa Sprain brings more than 25 years of experience defending employers in labor and employment matters. As a shareholder at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, she conducts complex internal investigations while counseling clients through government investigations and supporting mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Sprain’s practice encompasses the full spectrum of employment law, from handling everyday workplace issues to navigating sophisticated regulatory challenges. She focuses on developing tailored and practical strategies that address the needs of each client.
