Richard J. “Dick” Archie, Attorney White & Allen Kinston

A Tar Heel born and bred, Dick Archie is a native of Chapel Hill and received his bachelor’s and law degrees from the University of North Carolina. He has practiced law since 1991.
Today, Archie is an attorney at White & Allen in Kinston, where he focuses his practice on business and residential and commercial real estate.
Active in the legal profession and his community, Archie is vice president of the Real Estate Lawyers Association of North Carolina and provides legal services to people in need through Downtown Kinston Legal Aid.
He is a past chair of the Real Property Section of the N.C. Bar Association. He also chairs the Caswell Center Foundation, which serves to enhance the quality of life for people with developmental disabilities and their families in eastern North Carolina.
He enjoys trail running, and when he’s not at the office, he might be found running ultramarathons.
