Inspired by the Triangle region’s entrepreneurial spirit, Nikhil Vyas started Vyas Realty Law in Raleigh in 2017, and he has been focused on growing the commercial and residential practice ever since.

Vyas, who earned his law degree from Wake Forest University, began his career at a volume-driven real estate law firm.

Over the years, he has represented buyers and sellers in commercial real estate transactions valued at up to $10 million, including the acquisition and disposition of undeveloped land and multifamily and mixed-use developments.

Two years after launching his firm, Vyas made a bold move.

“In an aggressive effort to grow our firm and relocate the main office, we underwent a hasty acquisition of a retiring attorney’s practice,” he says.

The acquisition did not lead to favorable results, but Vyas Realty Law emerged stronger than ever, which makes Vyas feel good about the time and energy he invested.

“I am proud to have overcome professional struggles, and I view every forthcoming interaction as an opportunity to grow,” he says.
