Benjamin H. Whitley grew up watching his father, attorney Bob E. Whitley, help his clients through tough times. He was inspired to follow in his dad’s footsteps to restore lives disrupted after devastating accidents.

For Whitley, making clients whole again is about more than a financial settlement.

“It’s about providing peace of mind and helping people regain stability after an injury or a loss,” he says. “Knowing I’ve played a role in helping someone move forward after a difficult chapter is what drives me every day.”

Whitley is a partner in the Raleigh office of Whitley Law Firm, which has offices in 13 cities across North Carolina.

The firm gives back to the communities it serves through its Community Cares initiative and partners with local television station WRAL to expand the initiative to nonprofit organizations across the state.

“Looking ahead to 2025, I’m excited to continue building on these efforts and finding new ways to advocate for our clients and support those in need,” he says.
