John McCabe has always known he would be a lawyer, saying it was a childhood dream he forged when he was eight years old and growing up in Cary. Today, he is founder and president of The Law Offices of John M. McCabe, where he focuses on a variety of cases relating to personal injury.

“During law school, I discovered that personal injury litigation was the perfect avenue to achieve my goals,” he says. It allowed me to advocate for clients whose lives had been profoundly impacted by someone else’s negligence while giving me the opportunity to make a meaningful difference.”

He has focused on personal injury law for 30 years and opened The Law Offices of John M. McCabe in 1994.

“Representing individuals from all walks of life has been both humbling and inspiring, as I’ve witnessed their perseverance and resilience in the face of enormous challenges,” he says. “Many of these connections have grown into deep, meaningful relationships that continue long after their cases have ended.”
