Jon Moore views his career as a chance to nurture his passion for learning and an opportunity to evolve within the legal profession. He also wanted to devote his time to serving others.

“The opportunity to work for individuals and families seeking accountability proved to be the primary motivating factor driving me towards personal injury law,” he says. “It’s one of the few areas of law that can make a tangible difference directly impacting the life of a client in a positive way.”

Moore is a partner at Brown Moore & Associates in Charlotte. He believes that authenticity and remaining true to yourself are keys to success as an attorney and that helping clients can be its own reward.

Last year, Moore built an enthusiastic team of aggressive and knowledgeable trial lawyers, an effort he calls his top accomplishment of 2024.

“Working collaboratively, we are continually honing our skills and pushing toward a common goal of making Brown Moore & Associates one of the preeminent injury law firms in North Carolina,” he says.
