During law school, Brian Ricci spent a summer working for a personal injury law firm. That’s all it took for him to become hooked.
“I wanted to be the voice for individuals whose lives have been disrupted,” he says. “I wanted to help them get back on their feet both medically and financially.”
Ricci, the founder and owner of the Ricci Law Firm, has been practicing in his Greenville office for 25 years and is proud of the firm’s success and “knowing we put together an incredible group of attorneys and team members who show up every day for our clients,” he says.
He is the founder of NC Cares in Eastern North Carolina and the Triangle, an initiative to recognize non-profit organizations that are making a difference in the community.
Ricci believes success is found at the intersection of empathy and competitiveness.
“People want someone who will listen, understand and empathize and who will not be afraid to fight for their rights,” he says.
